Damn you got me. Well sort of. I'm almost 40 and have always been a ps3 head. About 12 yrs ago. I sold most of my ps3 collection. Bit kept what I really wanted. Then over the last 3 yrs have bought alot of ps3. And then started buying all the ps1 games from my childhood. Except. I'm never selling again. Which comes to the next crash in the market. Anyone who cares to buy the stuff. Already has it. I'm sure there are some die hard atari collectors. But at this point they already have everything and atari is dirt cheap.

Cool to see demo disk again. One of the main reasons why i went PC gaming in the 90s was because all the video game magazine would drop demo disks inside the magazine to play new games to be released at a later date for Sega, Nintendo & or PS1, but the demo disk worked for PC only. Those demo disks usually turned into drink coasters. Ha-Ha!

The owner of entertainment world has a massive ego problem, everyone seems to like him but i find him rude and obnoxious, didnt give me the time of day last time i went in so i decided i would not bother again. Game Smart the owner is a lot nicer and the shop is well laid out better

I wonder if it's possible to get PS3 games working on a jailbroken PS5, because I've decided to jailbreak my PS5 when the PS6 comes out. I've also been hearing rumors about PS3 backwards compatibility on PS5.

In 2020 I moved out of my house to lease it out and moved into another structure on the property. I had no internet for about a month. Someone bought Fifa 20 for the Switch, the physical cartridge chip. I wanted to play it for some reason. The game required an update before I could play it (game was new). I could not play that game! What will happen to all our physical games that need an update when the servers go down? Will all our physical games be worthless?

I collect Crazy Taxi and on the hunt for the pal versions. Well I nabbed one late last night from eBay but now I need CT2. They’re not on eBay very often it seems.

one of my hdmi out pins is screwed up from years of un and re plugging in hdmi cords. now i gotta angle the hdmi cord in a special way just to get video out.

I was lucky to get the Blinking Light Win back in the day. I still use it too, I'm just using an NES everdrive anyways so the death grip hasn't been as big an issue for me as it has been for others. The Ninten-Drawer still seems like it'd be a worthwhile replacement for me to consider, if only because the mechanism seems like it'd be far more reliable years down the line compared to the BLW.

Something tells me that the N64 might've done a little better if they improved on the analog stick on the controller, like what improvement should they have done? How about creating an analog stick that doesn't come loose overtime, otherwise, one of my favorite consoles of all time

Hey Adam, small correction. The NES was very successful in Europe. The Master System just had a better fighting chance than it had across the ocean. They both ended up selling about the same with NES beating it by a few millions. However, keep in mind that this was back in the day when it wasn’t about which was the better console, it was about who had the best distribution network as Europe wasn’t a single entity and each country had its own thing where one or the other company was able to penetrate better than its competitor.

Entertainment world is local to me, Rob the owner is a decent man and gets some real quality stock in.

OMG - you are a legend!! My daughter's XBox One has been out of commission for almost 3 years. I have googled and tried several methods to reboot in safe mode or get to the reset option. I was ready to scrap it then I found this you-tube! Thank you for clear instructions (most have the hold the two buttons for 10 secs then power on - no wonder it never worked). Thank you for bringing her XBox back to life! We did the clear everything and starting from scratch!

Being born in '96, I basically look at generations 1-4 (and even most of gen 5) from a purely historical perspective, where my first exposure to gaming was during the 5th/6th gen overlap in the early 2000s with me playing both PS1 and PS2 games at the same time as a kid

I don't know what it's like in England, but here in Australia Cash Converters (Cashies!) can be a gold mine for classic games.. and sometimes they have no idea how to price things so guys like me get Shenmue 2 on Dreamcast for $50! Haha
